  • Developed and launched two digital PR campaigns, giving expert commentary in the national press. One during a Christmas period to give advice on caring for relatives over the busy festive season. The second to launch the Abbots Care app, that supports mental health and wellbeing, to the B2B press.
  • Strategic content plan, with blogs based on keyword research to answer target audience pain points and challenges
  • Development of a social media plan to resonate with potential customers and their families as well as potential employees
