All About Children has been providing high-quality nursery care to families for over 10 years. With over 35 nurseries and preschools in the UK, All About Children provide exciting, engaging and stimulating experiences in calm and nurturing environments to communities throughout the country.

Our solution

Alongside our successful B2C marketing campaign which saw exponential growth throughout the group’s portfolio of nurseries, the Wagada Digital team developed a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy that elevated All About Children’s position in the recruitment marketplace. 

Wagada Digital’s team of experts did this through:

  • Conducting detailed competitor analysis and identifying opportunities for All About Children to stand out from the competition
  • Developing the core campaign message and strapline of ‘All About Children: Nothing Without You’
  • Implementing technical and on-page optimisation including schema and keyword targeted content to increase visibility and awareness
  • Creating a long-term blog and content marketing plan
  • Developing rich content surrounding All About Children’s offering in order to bolster their position as an employer of choice

The results

Within the first three months of implementation, Wagada Digital achieved:

  • Significant increase in keyword visibility on page one of Google, including primary keywords such as ‘nursery jobs’, ‘early years practitioner’ and  ‘level 2 nursery nurse jobs’ among others
  • 143% increase in recruitment-focused website traffic, rising from 3,529 sessions to 8,560 sessions vs previous period
  • Significant increase in clicks for organic Facebook posts to vacancy pages, rising from 31 to 443
  • 1,183%increase in traffic from LinkedIn vs previous period
