We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join either our St Albans or Cheltenham team.

You will be part of our Client Services Team, which works directly with our clients, building relationships and developing trust. You will help implement any agreed strategies and work alongside our delivery teams, to ensure that we consistently produce high quality work that meets clients’ expectations. Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you will get to test your skills extensively across a variety of industries.

The successful person will work with a strategist to create sustainable roadmaps for our clients’ campaigns, assess success and failure and feedback results to your clients. With the ability to always think innovatively and be flexible enough to take the client on a different journey, as required, in order to maximise their investment.
Ideally, you will have had a minimum of two years working in a digital marketing environment and in a similar role and have experience of managing multiple accounts, prioritising and co-ordinating all related stakeholders is essential. We will work with the successful candidate to build the role around your skills and experience to ensure that it is rewarding and you are constantly learning.
