What’s The Job?

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will have a couple of years of experience in an agency environment, working closely with clients to understand their needs and plan and manage the delivery of their marketing activity to fit in with these delivering excellence in meeting their goals. 

You will have a passion for strong digital marketing campaigns and be able to work alongside our specialist teams and be able to convey the work to your clients. Ideally, you will have some expertise in SEO, social media, Paid Social, Google Ads or HubSpot Management. You will have strong experience in Marketing Strategy and be able to talk to a client and pull out the information from them that you need in order to formulate a strong plan. 

You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment in a hands-on role where you are dealing with clients on a daily basis. You will know how to assess the success of marketing campaigns, both on and offline, and be able to analyse the results of a successful campaign.

Do You Fit The Bill?

We are not your average marketing agency, so this isn’t your average marketing position. You will have at least two years experience in a marketing position, and be looking to develop further digitally and learn. Therefore you will have a passion for all things digital and be keen to expand your knowledge & skills. 

We are a busy agency so you will be ready to muck in with the rest of the team and get things done, but also be willing to down-rools from time to time to join us for a bake-off, game of darts or a ping-pong competition too!

The Nitty-Gritty

Pay: £28,000 – £35,000

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (37.5hrs per week)

Holiday: 23 days a year, rising to 30 days, plus bank holidays

Location: St Albans or Cheltenham
