As a Marketing Strategist you would be responsible for researching, developing and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s goals. You would lead and optimise marketing efforts for company and client campaigns and collaborate with multi-functional teams to execute them. You would also align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
In the marketing strategist role, you will be responsible for setting objectives to create profitable and concerted marketing strategies for the company and its clients. You will design marketing campaigns and spearhead market research efforts.
As an account manager you will need to have had experience in an agency environment, working closely with clients to understand their needs and plan and manage delivery of their marketing activity to fit in with these.
You will have a passion for strong digital marketing campaigns and be used to working in a fast paced environment in a hands on role, where you are dealing with clients on a daily basis. You will be able to assess the success of campaigns both on and off line and analyse the results of a successful campaign.
We are not your average marketing agency, so this isn’t your average marketing position. You will have at least two years experience in a marketing position, and be looking to develop further digitally and learn. Therefore you will have a passion for all things digital and be keen to expand your knowledge & skills.
We are a busy agency so you will be ready to muck in with the rest of the team and get things done, but also be willing to down-tools from time to time to join us for a bake-off, game of darts or a ping-pong competition too
Pay: £27,000 – £40,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (37.5hrs per week)
Holiday: 23 days a year, rising to 28, plus bank holidays
