As our Head of Operations, Jules has a wealth of commercial experience from two decades in the technology sector. Combining her passion for succeeding as a team, with her drive for process and delivering on time, Jules is perfectly placed to ensure that the business operations constantly drive change for the benefit of our clients and our business.

With a proven track record of delivering an exceptional experience to her customers, Jules takes enormous pride in exceeding expectations for her internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining Wagada, Jules has led several multi-functional teams to success and enjoys sharing her knowledge to help develop her colleagues, and will enjoy learning all of the intricate details of agency life!

Outside of work, Jules enjoys running and has taken part in the London Marathon on three occasions. In the name of good natured sibling rivalry, she is delighted that she holds the family title for being the fastest marathon runner, in 3 hours and 40 minutes. Jules loves all things outdoors, especially getting out on a bike and walking her Labrador, Archie.
