If you are the unofficial “HubSpot person” in your organisation, you know the feeling.
New features land every week. Release notes pile up. Someone forwards you a screenshot and asks, “Can HubSpot do this now?”
You do not need another feature dump. You need to know:
I have been working with HubSpot since 2015 across agencies, in-house roles and now as Head of HubSpot & CRM Success at Wagada Digital. This is the first in a monthly series where I translate HubSpot’s product updates into plain language for the people who live in the platform every day. If you want the full official detail, you can read HubSpot’s November 2025 product update summary here.
What follows is my take on what actually matters.

HubSpot describes November as a month of AI powered productivity and multi account management. For most of the businesses we work with, these updates roll up into four practical themes:
Let us break those down.
A redesigned email editor that people will actually enjoy using

The email editor has had a complete refresh. Instead of a slightly clunky, tab-heavy interface, you now work in a full canvas view where:
If you are the person who always ends up building “just a quick email” for everyone else, this should shorten build time and make it realistic to share that workload.
Where to learn more:
Branded email templates are rolling out so you can apply your logo and colour palette to HubSpot’s default templates. In practice, that means:
For new portals, or teams migrating from another platform, this is a very easy “quick win” task for your first week of email build.
Where to learn more:
This is covered in the November 2025 product updates overview.
Landing page creation has been tidied up too. Instead of deciding at the start whether you want an “AI powered” experience or a manual one, you now:
The important bit here is control. If you have strict brand or legal policies around imagery, you can keep AI away from visuals and restrict everything to approved assets. If
you are running fast campaigns, you can lean into AI for quick “good enough” pages, then refine.

Look under Unified landing page creation and AI landing pages: image generation in the November 2025 product updates.
There is now an Analyse tab directly inside the Blog tool. You can:

This sounds small, but it nudges teams towards a healthier habit. Instead of “publishing into the void”, your writers can see how posts perform, which topics land, and what should be repurposed or retired.
Where to learn more:
Turn saved views into segments in one click
If you already live in saved views, this will feel like HubSpot catching up with you.
You can now take any saved view and create a segment from it in one step. Your existing filter logic is carried across, so you move from “nice view” to “actionable audience” without rebuilding anything. HubSpot Community
This is perfect for:
Where to learn more:
When you build or refine a segment, you can now see how each filter changes your audience size and which filters have no effect at all.
This removes a lot of the “why is this list tiny?” guesswork and makes it much easier to:
Where to learn more:
For teams using the Lead object properly, you can now build segments on leads rather than just on contacts. This helps you separate:
Lead segments then feed into workflows and performance reporting, so sales and marketing can look at the same picture when they talk about pipeline quality.
On top of that:
This is ideal if you want to revisit lead scoring and give your SDR/BDR team a more honest, evidence based view of who to prioritise.

Breeze can now create properties with validation rules
You can now ask Breeze (HubSpot’s AI) to create properties with built in validation. For example:
Instead of a long back and forth between “data person” and “property creator”, you describe what you need in natural language. HubSpot generates the property and the rules that keep the data clean.
Where to learn more:
A set of smaller, but very important, governance improvements:
If you have ever woken up to discover “someone has merged two key accounts” or a mystery import, these updates are for you.
Where to learn more:
All three are covered in the governance and permissions sections of the November 2025 product updates.
Orders, carts and invoices now appear in the data model builder, alongside your other objects.
For RevOps teams, that means:
Where to learn more:
Customer Agent can now learn from your videos
Customer Agent, HubSpot’s AI powered support bot, can now ingest video content as a knowledge source. That means:
If your best explanations live in video, this is your permission to reuse them.
Where to learn more:
Two changes here help keep the balance between AI and human support:
In a world where AI is often the front door, this is where the human led piece really matters. Customers accept a bot as long as the path to a real human is quick and smooth when needed.
Where to learn more:
There is also now clearer error visibility for Customer Agent knowledge source syncing. If content fails to sync, you will see specific error codes rather than a vague “internal error”, which makes troubleshooting much faster.
Where to learn more:
You can now build Help Desk views that filter by contact and company properties, not just ticket fields.
That means you can create views such as:
Support stops being purely reactive and starts aligning more closely with your account strategy.
Where to learn more:
Many teams are now using more than one AI tool in their day to day work. HubSpot has continued to meet that reality.
Two highlights for November:
There is also a new Run Agent workflow action that allows you to trigger Breeze agents from inside HubSpot workflows, passing data in and out as part of your existing automation.
These are powerful capabilities. They are even more powerful with a clear set of rules about:
Where to learn more:
There is a lot in November’s release. You do not need to use everything at once.
Here is my suggested shortlist:
Small, consistent improvements are how you get more from HubSpot without overwhelming your team.

If you have found this useful and you want a space to ask questions, compare notes and learn from other HubSpot users, we are building exactly that.
In 2026 we are launching the Wagada HubSpot Community Group and a quarterly User Group, with our first session in February.
You can expect:
If you would like help applying any of these changes to your portal right now, you can always get in touch with us at Wagada. This is the work I love: making HubSpot feel less overwhelming and more like the growth engine it is meant to be.
